Australia Post’s recognition of themailinghouse as a bulk mail partner recognizes the many process improvements to demonstrate quality, accountability and knowledge of all steps in the process from mail pack design to lodgement.
The BMP program has four pillars for recognition:
PIP – Process Improvement Program – an audit of internal systems to ensure accuracy and accountability from receipt of a client’s data to lodgement with Australia Post.
eLMS – a web based postal lodgement system designed to reduce paperwork and improved accountability.
Customer Barcode Quality Assurance program – ensures that postal barcodes are correctly printed and match the current Postal address File.
Self Assessment check – we attest that responsible staff understand all aspects of mail, from pack design and specification, postal services, preparation of data and mail to ensure proper delivery, accurate lodgement and billing.
themailinghouse has also adopted Australia Post’s Lodgement Quality System (LQS).
